Can members log in to the app? 

The app is designed to be interactive. Your members can also easily log in to the app. 

How do members log in to the app? 

After registering a member, an SMS specific to your business name is sent. They simply need to download the app via the link in the SMS and log in. 

The member who needs to log in has created a studio account. What can I do? 

You can notify us and request the correction, or you can make the adjustment yourself by following the relevant instructions. 

If members don’t want to download and use it, will it be a problem for me to track them? 

To fully benefit from the services offered in the app—especially receiving notifications and reminders—we recommend that members log in. However, members who do not log in do not prevent you from tracking your processes. 

Do you have an SMS module? 

In order for notifications and reminders to be sent via SMS, services must be purchased from mobile operators, which results in an additional cost that needs to be passed on. Additionally, SMS messages may fail to be delivered or may arrive late due to temporary outages or users changing operators. If there is sufficient demand, optional integrations will be provided in future phases. 

What is the difference compared to Excel? 

Excel is a comprehensive office productivity application. Plan4M, on the other hand, offers an interactive ecosystem. It enables you to manage and monitor your processes in a multi-dimensional way. With notifications and reminders, you can easily communicate with and manage your operations. 

Are there in-app purchases?

Can members see trainers’ calendars? 

The app’s operational processes are under Admin control. If the Admin enables the online reservation option, members can view the calendar and see available time slots and dates. 

How can multiple members be integrated into the app? 

The app’s web-based interface includes a bulk member upload feature. By following the relevant instructions, members can be added easily. 

How do the data backup processes work? Is there a risk of data loss? 

We are a well-established software company that develops both boutique and general software solutions for various industries. Plan4M data is backed up every night by being replicated across multiple servers. 

Can you see our data? 

The data is transmitted to the main panel in encrypted form. When support is requested, access to the data is granted and support is provided only with the user’s phone number and the business’s approval. 

Is there any possibility that other businesses can see the members within the app? 

After logging into the app, it is not possible for any business or organization to access your members or display advertisements to them. 

Can I use it on a computer? 

You can easily use it through our comprehensive web-based platform. 

Can I send notifications to members myself? 

You can send your general business notifications, as well as member-based and session-based notifications, directly through the app. 

Can trainers register members and finalize sessions? 

After trainers log into the system, there is no restriction preventing them from registering members or finalizing sessions. 

I have multiple branches. Can coordination be managed from a single account? 

To ensure efficient use of the app and prevent confusion, we recommend managing branches through separate accounts. However, it is also possible to manage everything from a single account if you prefer. 

Are in-app trainings provided? 

There are active training videos available within the app, and depending on availability, in-person or online training sessions are also provided by the assigned expert. 

Can I create a trial session? 

You can create a trial session in Plan4M. Additionally, you can track and evaluate the success status of the trial session. 

How are sessions created? 

Within Plan4M, a member or group is added via the “+” tab. The day and time are assigned, and the session is scheduled in less than 1 minute. 

How can we create group sessions? 

There are two options available specifically for group sessions. 
First, by opening a group class through the online reservation option and allowing members to make reservations. Second, by creating a single group from selected members via group management and assigning a session to that group. 

Can you explain the difference between Remaining Sessions and Available Sessions? 

Remaining Sessions: Indicates the number of sessions currently active in the package. Available Sessions: Shows the sessions that have not yet been reserved. 
Note: If a reserved session is not finalized, it remains pending and is not deducted from the member’s remaining sessions. 

Can I receive payments with Plan4M? 

Within Plan4M, businesses that meet the required criteria can accept payments via credit card. 

How does Plan4M improve member relationships? 

Plan4M is interactive. It allows you to manage payment reminders, session reminders, and member-specific messages all through Plan4M. This way, you build a more efficient and effective relationship with your members. 

What are your recommendations for the demo process? 

The app includes a wide range of services. To experience it efficiently, it is important to integrate all trainers and include a core starter group of 3–5 members to view the system from the member’s perspective. After adding members, the healthiest approach is to simulate the processes you encounter in daily operations. For the demo, we recommend selecting members you are in regular communication with, so you can clearly see how reminders are delivered to them.
